OPEN POSTINGS:

Residence Worker -40hrs/week

Shift Schedule: Thursday-Monday 7:00am-3:00pm. 

Assists clients to live successfully in a group home setting. Ensures that clients' physical, emotional, social, educational, and medical needs are met. Assists clients to enhance quality of life with activities of daily living and the development of life skills. 

Health Care Aide - Temporary Part Time

Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

Transition House Worker provides a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors in a shelter setting. Provides support, advocacy, information, education, crisis intervention and referrals. 

This is a temporary (3 month) position beginning May 6, 2024. 

Permanent Full-Time Float

The floater will work 40 hours Mon-Fri between the hours of 7:30am-6:00pm. The floater works shift areas as needed, staff must be flexible for all shifts and work placements. The position is responsible for effectively supporting persons with disabilities. The Candidate will assist residents in daily activities, including personal care and medication administration. Assist with service planning.
This float works as an Outreach Worker (staffed living), School Aged Child Worker, and Activity Worker.

The floater works shift areas as needed, staff must be flexible for all shifts and work placements. The position is responsible for effectively supporting persons with disabilities. This float works as a Community Support Worker, School Aged Child Worker, and an Activity Worker. 

Permanent Part Time - Vocational Counsellor 

This position is 20 hours per week and the hours vary depending on the needs of the clients. 
Reporting to the Day Services Coordinator, the Vocational Counsellor is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluates training plans in a variety of work settings designed to meet clients vocational, social, and daily living goals.
