Community Inclusion, Outreach , PALS and the Staffed Living Programs
The current shift schedule: Sun-Wed 12am-8am.
The Transition House Worker provides a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors. Provides support,
advocacy, information, education, crisis intervention and referrals.
The floater will work 40 hours Mon-Fri between the hours of 7:30am-6:00pm. The floater works shift areas as needed, staff must be flexible for all shifts and work placements. The position is responsible for effectively supporting persons with disabilities. The Candidate will assist residents in daily activities, including personal care and medication administration. Assist with service planning. This float works as a Outreach Worker, Community Support Worker, School Aged Child Worker, and an Activity Worker.
