      Compass Court

      PDSCL currently operates Compass Centre, Compass House and Compass Court.

      PDSCL provides on-site staff  24/7 for support services, meals, and other wellness services at this all encompassing site.

      Backstreet Boulevard

      • Located in downtown Penticton.
      • Mixed Use Development with Commercial units on the ground floor and Market Rent.
      • Rent Geared to Income and Subsidized Residential Rental Units on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors
      • Backstreet amenities include:
      1. Children's play area
      2. Garden Plots
      3. Secure bike and scooter storage
      4. Tenant common room for personal events and occasions


      Van Horne Apartments

      4 - 3 Bedroom Apartments, this is a mixed building for adults and families.


      Reed's Corner

      20 units, a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, some are wheelchair accessible



      Chestnut Place

      • 33 Assisted Living Units located in Downtown Penticton

      • Eligible and interested tenants must be assessed by Interior Health.

      Bruce Court Apartments

      • 9 - 1 bedroom apartments
      • 1 - 2 bedroom apartment for adults and seniors
      Bruce Court Apartments is a single-story building featuring 10-units of affordable housing built to adaptable standards for seniors, couples and individuals living independently with disabilities.
      Additionally, there is a five-bed group home for people with intellectual and physical disabilities. The group home is staffed 24/7 with PDSCL Residence Workers.

      Tower Apartments

      122 apartments for adults and seniors. A mix of Bachelor, 1 Bedroom and some 2 Bedroom units. Also available if required is support services of 1 meal, laundry and housekeeping.
      Tenant amenities:

      • Garden Plots
      • Secure Scooter and Bike Storage
      • Laundry on Each Floor

      Creekside Terrace

      30 Townhouse style units, a mix of 2, 3, and 4 Bedroom units for families with children under 19 years of age. 

      These are affordable units subsidized by BC Housing, please see How to Apply for Housing Services for more information on the BC Housing Registry.
